Atlantic Street Capital Closes New Investment Fund
September 6, 2019 – A Morrison Cohen team consisting of Steven M. Cooperman, Isaac P. Grossman, Alan M. Levine, Jessica R. Colombo, Timur N. Eron and Hunter J. Book represented Atlantic Street Capital, a private equity firm targeting entrepreneurial businesses poised for the next level of growth, in connection with the closing of its latest fund, Atlantic Street Capital IV, LP ("the "Fund""), a $500 million fund targeting lower-middle-market companies in areas including retail, health care and business services. The Fund was oversubscribed and exceeded its target of $450 million. The deal was the lead transaction in Law360's Private Equity Newsletter on September 5, 2019.
