Randi Mason and Keith Markel to Speak at Inaugural Beauty & Wellness Law Summit in London
Morrison Cohen Partners Randi Mason, co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice and co-chair of the Healthcare & Wellness Group, and Keith Markel, chair of the Labor & Employment Practice and co-chair of the Luxury Brands Group, will speak at the inaugural Beauty & Wellness Law Summit on March 5, 2026, at The Caledonian Club in London.
Randi and Keith will participate in a featured panel titled “The Face of the Deal: How Employment Risks Shape Beauty & Wellness M&A Transactions,” exploring how employment and workforce issues influence transaction pricing, structure and post-closing risk allocation. The discussion will cover key diligence considerations, including employee classification and compliance, executive compensation and incentive equity, legacy liabilities and post-closing workforce actions, as well as practical strategies for identifying, evaluating and mitigating employment risk before and after closing.
