Timur Eron concentrates his practice on fund formation and providing counsel to fund managers and investors. He also advises start-ups and emerging companies across all sectors.
Timur handles a wide range of corporate law matters and has particular experience in funds formation, having counseled private equity and hedge fund clients on fund launches in varying industries and size. Timur works with his clients to draft organizational documents, including limited partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, side letters and private placement memorandums. He has worked with investors in such funds from various jurisdictions within the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Timur also represents start-ups, emerging companies and the U.S. operations of foreign companies with respect to corporate governance and equity and debt financing matters.
Before joining Morrison Cohen, Timur worked at various family office and investment firms.
