Morrison Cohen Represents noa in Its Participation in MeltPlan’s $14 million Seed Round
Congratulations to our client noa, Europe’s largest “built world” focused venture capital firm, on its participation in MeltPlan’s $14 million seed financing round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, alongside WND Ventures.
MeltPlan is building an AI-powered “Planning Engine” that helps resolve fragmented pre-construction planning in areas such as code, cost, schedule and value.
As Jess Clemans, principal of noa, told Tech Funding News, “MeltPlan’s unique moat is their deep product experience and technical acumen, building proprietary AI models from scratch — not fine-tuned off-the-shelf models. These achieve 93–98% accuracy, compared to roughly 85% for commercial RAG platforms.”
