Morrison Cohen Represents Landlord to Secure WeWork Lease

January 31, 2018 – Morrison Cohen LLP represented the landlord in connection with a litigation and arbitration to compel the owner of one-third of the fee beneath the landlord's building located at 750 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York to provide a consent and estoppel in connection with WeWork Company, Inc.'s (“WeWork”) occupancy of over 111,500 square feet in the building.  The WeWork lease has been covered by the New York Post and the Real Deal.  A copy of the article in the New York Post can be accessed here
