Latisha is a Partner in the Firm’s Business Litigation Department. She is experienced in a variety of complex commercial matters, including arbitrations, mediations, regulatory proceedings, class actions, and multi-district litigations.

Latisha has represented clients in several prominent commercial disputes and at all stages of litigation − from pre-suit to post-trial and appeal. Latisha has represented corporations, officers and directors, financial institutions, and other clients in contract and partnership disputes, securities class actions, derivative actions, copyright infringement actions, employment litigation, and other matters in federal and state courts. Additionally, Latisha has represented clients in connection with proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other agencies and regulatory bodies. Latisha has also obtained successful appeals before federal and state appellate courts.  Latisha joined Morrison Cohen in 2007. Prior to that, Latisha was an associate at Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP.

Latisha currently serves as the staffing partner for the Business Litigation Department, the Firm's second largest department.  In this role, Latisha identifies and assigns associates to each litigation matter handled by the Firm.  Latisha assigns associates based on experience and skill sets and in a manner designed to ensure that diverse associates are provided with an opportunity to work on the Firm's high-profile matters.
