Tamara Roth Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen welcomes Tamara Roth to the firm as an Associate in the Corporate Department.
Tamara joins us from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College. She represents private equity firms and early-stage and mature companies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate and securities matters.
Tamara has also assisted several nonprofits on general corporate and compensation matters and is a member of the UJA Young Lawyers Leadership Committee.
