Tamara Roth’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, commercial contract negotiation and general corporate matters. She represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, software and technology, staffing solutions, industrial manufacturing, recreation and consumer products.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Tamara was an associate in the Executive Compensation and Benefits Group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Experience

  • CRS Temporary Housing (“CRS”), a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, in connection with the sale of CRS to Reverence Capital Partners, a private investment firm.
  • Littlejohn Fund VI, L.P. in its acquisition of American Health Staffing Group, a leading provider of healthcare talent and technology solutions.
  • XL Fleet, a leader in fleet electrification solutions for commercial and municipal fleets, in its acquisition of World Energy Efficiency Services, LLC, a leading provider of energy efficiency, renewable technology, electric vehicle charging stations and other energy solutions to customers across the New England region.
  • WorkWave LLC, a provider of software solutions that help field service companies, in its acquisition of SlingShot Technology, Inc., a provider of customer call center software combined with outsourced sales, lead and customer response services.
