Morrison Cohen Represents Silas Capital in Connection with POV Beauty’s Series A Financing

Congratulations to Morrison Cohen client Silas Capital, an active growth equity and venture capital investor, on leading the Series A financing for POV Beauty, the community-driven beauty brand co-founded by creator Mikayla Nogueira and beauty industry veteran Ani Hadjinian. RÉDO Capital participated in the round alongside existing investor Imaginary Ventures. The investment will support POV Beauty’s continued growth, team expansion, retail and e-commerce expansion, and product innovation.

Launched in 2025, POV Beauty bridges clinically backed skincare with high-performance cosmetics, focusing on skin prep products designed to help makeup perform at its best. Following a successful nationwide launch at Sephora, the brand is building on its retail momentum and growing its direct-to-consumer and social commerce presence, including TikTok Shop.

Since 2012, Silas Capital has partnered with next-generation consumer brands to drive revenue, profitability and brand value. The firm’s partners bring a blend of startup, growth equity and operating experience, helping companies scale across e-commerce, wholesale and retail channels. Previous and current investments include ILIA Beauty, Makeup By Mario, DÔEN, Vacation, Violette_FR and Wonderbelly, among others.
