Snapdragon Capital Partners and the Maze Group Acquire Stake in Nutraceutical International Corp. from HGGC
August 27, 2019 – Morrison Cohen represented Snapdragon Capital Partners LLC, a growth equity and buyout investment firm, and Maze Group LLC, a strategic consultancy focused on public and private equity-owned businesses, in acquiring a minority stake in Nutraceutical International Corporation from HGGC, a middle-market private equity firm.
