Randi Mason Writes in Bloomberg Law about Networking Strategies for Women

Randi Mason, co-chair of the Corporate Department, wrote an article in Bloomberg Law about how women can successfully network in male-dominated industries.

In the article, entitled "How Women Can Network in Male-Dominated Industries," Randi writes, “Don’t try to network exclusively with men; make a deliberate effort to network among women. Particularly in male-dominated industries, women stand out from the crowd, often feel an instant kinship and are eager to support each other. I have often parlayed the uncomfortable status of always being ‘the only woman in the room into forming faster and deeper relationships.”
