Morrison Cohen Serves as Fund Counsel to Ascendant Capital Partners in Financing Deal for Hospitality REIT

Morrison Cohen was recently mentioned in a Law360 article “4 Firms Guide Up to $450M in Financing For Hospitality REIT” on July 24, 2020 for its role as Fund Counsel to Ascendant Capital Partners in its deal with Oaktree Capital Management LP and Watermark Lodging Trust.  Ascendant Capital Partners is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development and operating platform specializing in real estate assets in key markets across the U.S. and Western Europe.
