Congratulations to Vision Financial Group CPAs (VFG), a New Jersey-based accounting and business services firm, on the strategic investment in VFG Advisory LLC by Exonas Capital, a Connecticut-based investment firm. The investment was supported by Avante Capital Partners and Brightwood Capital Advisors, who provided debt and equity financing for the transaction.
Founded in 2003 and based in Morganville, NJ, Vision offers comprehensive accounting and tax services to small and mid-sized businesses, high-net-worth individuals, family offices and non-profits. With offices in the U.S. and India, the firm serves over 1,500 clients across diverse industries, including IT services, law, healthcare, sports, wealth management, insurance, real estate and home services. The strategic investment will support VFG Advisory LLC as it grows and expands its service offerings and geographic footprint over the coming years.
