Morrison Cohen Represents Silas Capital in Connection with ‘Ôrebella Growth Equity Financing

Congratulations to Morrison Cohen client Silas Capital, an active emerging growth equity and venture capital investor, on leading the Series A financing for ‘Ôrebella, the founder-led fragrance brand launched by model and entrepreneur Bella Hadid. Existing investor Celebrands also participated in the financing, which will support the brand’s continued global expansion, product innovation and operational growth.

Founded by Hadid, ‘Ôrebella has quickly established itself as a distinctive presence in the fragrance market with its alcohol-free, bi-phase “skin parfum” products designed to blend fragrance, skincare and self-expression. The brand has expanded rapidly through key retail partnerships, including Ulta Beauty in the U.S. and Middle East, as well as launches across Europe and the United Kingdom through Douglas and Selfridges.

Since 2012, Silas Capital has been an active emerging growth equity and venture capital investor, partnering with next-generation consumer brands to drive revenue, profitability and brand value.
