Morrison Cohen Appoints Amber Will and Timur Eron to Partner
Morrison Cohen is pleased to announce the election of Amber Will and Timur Eron to partner, effective January 1, 2026. Both currently serve as counsel and have been integral contributors to the firm’s success and growth.

Amber Will – Business Litigation
Amber’s practice includes complex commercial litigation, advising founders, directors, officers and other corporate professionals in business disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, declaratory judgment actions and related tort claims in both state and federal courts. She also represents clients in matters involving eminent domain and easement disputes, working to protect their business and property rights through strategic counsel and effective advocacy.
She maintains an active pro bono practice in the areas of immigration law, family law, veterans’ benefits and policy research. She has represented numerous clients in affirmative and defensive asylum proceedings, U-Visa and other immigration filings, and habeas corpus matters. She earned her J.D. from William & Mary School of Law, her M.P.P. from College of William & Mary, and her B.A. from Valparaiso University.

Timur Eron – Corporate
Timur’s practice includes fund formation and advising fund managers and investors across asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, digital assets and hedge funds. He counsels clients on fund launches of varying sizes and industries, preparing organizational documents such as limited partnership agreements, LLC agreements, side letters and private placement memoranda. Timur also represents asset managers, family offices, UHNW individuals and other institutional clients, both domestic and international, in negotiating and structuring the terms of their participation in such private funds (including co-investment vehicles).
In addition, Timur represents startups, emerging companies and U.S. operations of foreign companies in a range of corporate matters, including governance, structuring, and equity and debt financings. His practical, business-focused approach makes him a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex transactions. He earned his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and his B.A. from University of Chicago.
