Congratulations to Morrison Cohen client Felix on its Series C financing and related transactions.
Founded in 2020, Felix is a Miami-based financial technology company building financial services for Latinos in the United States through an AI-powered conversational experience. The company enables customers to access financial services and support their families across Latin America through WhatsApp, without downloading an additional app. Felix has processed more than $8 billion in transactions for more than six million people across eleven Latin American markets.
Morrison Cohen previously represented Felix in its $75 million Series B financing.
