Mahnoor Misbah to Moderate “An Evening with the Justices of the Appellate Division, First Department”

Mahnoor Misbah, an associate in our Business Litigation Department, will moderate a virtual panel featuring three associate justices from the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department: Hon. Sallie Manzanet-Daniels, Hon. Jeffrey K. Oing, and Hon. Lizbeth González. The justices will discuss practices in the First Department as well as their experiences deciding complex appeals. Topics will also include appealing the complex commercial case and helpful insight for young lawyers as they navigate their careers.
