Christopher C. LoBosco Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen welcomes Christopher LoBosco, who joins the firm in our Business Litigation Practice. Chris focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters, representing multinational companies, financial institutions and governmental entities in state and federal courts. His experience includes litigating breach of contract and fraud disputes, mass torts, trusts and estates matters and judgment collection proceedings. He is active in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial.
Chris is passionate about pro bono work and has represented indigent clients in multiple ongoing capital punishment post-conviction relief cases.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, he was an associate in the Global Commercial Disputes Practice at Reed Smith LLP. He received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was editor of the Journal of Science & Technology Law, and a B.S. from Northeastern University.
