Brian has shown outstanding leadership, taking the Private Investment Funds group to the next level and further enhancing the practice’s capability to handle virtually every type of matter touching alternative strategies.
The Investment Funds and Advisers Practice provides all-encompassing legal services to investors and sponsors in the alternative asset space, focusing on four primary areas:
- Fund formation and the establishment of other types of investment products
- Regulatory advice to those providing investment advisory services
- Ongoing general representation for investment managers
- Assisting investors in connection with their investments in funds and other investment products
