Amber Will Joins Morrison Cohen

March 30, 2021 - Morrison Cohen welcomes Amber R. Will to the firm as an associate in the Business Litigation Department.

Amber received her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the College of William & Mary. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History and Humanities from Valparaiso University.  

Amber, who joins us from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, has a litigation practice that focuses on complex litigation in federal and state courts, representing clients in matters involving contractual disputes and business torts. Amber enjoys providing pro bono legal services in the areas of immigration law, family law, veteran’s benefits, and administrative law policy research. Specifically, she has represented numerous clients pro bono in affirmative and defensive asylum proceedings, U-Visa and other immigration filings and habeas corpus proceedings, as well as drafted amicus curiae briefs.
