Aaron Taishoff Joins Morrison Cohen

Morrison Cohen welcomes Partner Aaron Taishoff, who joins the firm in our Real Estate Practice, where he focuses on a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions.

Aaron brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of real property assets; representing lenders and borrowers in permanent, bridge, mezzanine and construction financing, as well as loan purchases and sales; handling office, retail and industrial leasing and related transactions on behalf of owners and tenants; negotiating license and access agreements; and structuring joint venture transactions. 

As part of his practice, he regularly counsels domestic and international, institutional and non-institutional clients on distressed loan workouts and restructurings and equity and debt investments.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Aaron was a partner in the Real Estate practice group at K&L Gates LLP. He earned his J.D from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from University of Michigan.
