Nada Elrafei is an associate in the Corporate Department, where her practice concentrates on corporate law, finance, investment management, and mergers and acquisitions. She works with private equity firms, public and private companies, and other clients in a wide range of sectors, including financial services, energy, retail, life sciences, and technology.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Nada was an associate at Morgan Lewis. Before graduating law school, Nada was a law clerk at Al Tamimi & Company in Dubai and also completed internships both at the U.S Department of Justice, Tax Division and in the Senior Judges Chambers at the D.C Superior Court in Washington, D.C. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A., magna cum laude, from University of Maryland College Park. Nada is fluent in English and proficient in Arabic.
