John B. Fulfree Joins Morrison Cohen

January 7, 2019 – Morrison Cohen welcomes John B. Fulfree to the firm as an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department.

John joins us from Putney, Twombly, Hall & Hirson LLP and holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations and a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  John has a decade of experience defending employers in various types of employment disputes, including multi-plaintiff and class action litigation in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor (as well as their state and local analogs), and the National Labor Relations Board in connection with various issues, including wage and hour defense, discrimination, sexual harassment, and collective bargaining, as well as counseling clients on compliance with all applicable labor and employment statutes governing the workplace.
