Atlantic Street Capital Announces Sale of AZ Wireless

February 1, 2016 - Morrison Cohen client Atlantic Street Capital Management, LLC, a private equity firm targeting entrepreneurial businesses poised for the next level of growth, announced the sale of AZ Wireless, a reseller agent of wireless voice and data communications services, to an affiliate of Lone Star Funds. AZ Wireless is a full service wireless retailer that markets and sells a full suite of products and services from over 600 stores in 31 states.

Morrison Cohen advised Atlantic Street Capital in its acquisition of AZ Wireless and the add-on acquisitions that grew the company into a national player in the wireless retail industry.
