Congratulations to AccessIT Group, a cybersecurity provider delivering end-to-end security solutions and services to protect organizations against evolving cyber threats, on its acquisition by Nautic Partners, LLC, a middle-market private equity firm based in Providence, RI that focuses on investments in healthcare, industrials and services.
Founded in 2001 and headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, AccessIT Group serves a broad client base through offices across the East Coast and Midwest. This investment will support AccessIT Group as it expands its capabilities and serves a wider range of organizations in the years ahead.
