Federal Reserve Releases Additional Details of the Main Street Lending Program

July 21, 2020 - On each of June 8, 2020, June 20, 2020, June 26, 2020, and July 15, 2020, the Federal Reserve released revised term sheets and a comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions guide relating to its recently announced Main Street Lending Program.  The Main Street Lending Program is one of a number of federal programs intended to stimulate the economy in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The program includes a Main Street Priority Loan Facility in addition to the previously announced Main Street New Loan Facility and Main Street Expanded Loan Facility.
