Kristopher D. Phipps Joins Morrison Cohen

Morrison Cohen welcomes Associate Kristopher Phipps, who joins the firm’s Commercial Lending & Finance Practice, where he focuses on a broad range of corporate finance transactions, representing financial sponsors, corporate borrowers, investment banks, institutional investors and other parties in secured lending and financing matters.

Kris has experience with syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, including leveraged acquisitions, refinancings, fund finance, cross-border transactions and liability management exercises. 

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, he was a finance associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where he advised clients on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition financings and debtor-in-possession credit facilities. He was previously a finance associate at Chapman and Cutler LLP. Kris holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Temple University.
