Zeno Houston Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen welcomes Associate Zeno Houston, who joins the firm in our Individual Client Services Practice. He advises high-net-worth individuals, families and their family offices and other fiduciaries on a broad range of trusts and estates, tax planning and wealth preservation matters. Zeno brings extensive experience counseling clients on sophisticated income and estate and gift tax issues, including in connection with cross-border planning.
In addition to his private client and tax work, Zeno has significant litigation experience, having handled high-stakes commercial and estate disputes in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels. This double-sided perspective strengthens his ability to anticipate and mitigate legal risks when structuring and administering complex estate and tax plans.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Zeno was an associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. He earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D., cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a merit scholar, an MPhil from University of Cambridge, UK, and a B.A., Honors, from University of Oxford, UK.
“Zeno’s experience navigating complex tax planning, cross-border issues, and high-stakes estate matters will be a tremendous asset to both our firm and our clients,” said Partner Bill Haas, chair of Morrison Cohen’s Individual Client Services Practice. “We are thrilled to welcome him to the team.”
Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Zeno.
