Yuliya Neverova Joins Morrison Cohen

June 7, 2021 - Morrison Cohen welcomes Yuliya Neverova to the firm as an associate in the Business Litigation Department.

Yuliya received her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.

Yuliya, who joins us from Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, has a diverse practice that includes litigating complex commercial matters in state and federal courts, advising clients on internal investigations, and representing clients in regulatory enforcement matters before state and federal authorities. Yuliya maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representing indigent clients in family law and education law matters. She has also successfully defended a criminal conviction on behalf of the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office before the New York Appellate Division, Second Department.
