Y. David Scharf to Moderate Panel at Commercial Observer’s West Palm Beach Executive Leadership Reception
Morrison Cohen Partner & Chair of the Executive Committee Y. David Scharf will serve as a panel moderator at the Commercial Observer’s West Palm Beach Executive Leadership Reception on April 16, 2026.
The program will bring together senior real estate executives to discuss market trends shaping West Palm Beach, including capital flows, development activity, and opportunities across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.
David will be joined by industry leaders Tony Fineman, Senior Managing Director and Head of Originations at ACORE Capital, and Jordan Rathlev, Executive Vice President of Development at Related Ross.
