Silas Capital Completes $15 Million Series A Investment in Herbivore
August 28, 2019 – Morrison Cohen represented Silas Capital, an emerging growth equity and venture capital investor that partners with consumer brands, in its $15 million Series A investment in Herbivore, a Seattle-based developer of skincare products consisting of non-toxic vitamins, minerals and botanicals. Stage 1 Fund also participated in the funding. The Morrison Cohen team included Anthony M. Saur, Steven M. Cooperman and Timur N. Eron (Corporate); Michael C. Weinstein (Tax), Alan M.
