Partner Randi Mason, co-chair of Morrison Cohen’s Corporate Practice, was recognized with the prestigious “Distinction in Dealmaking” award at the USA Woman Leaders & Top Dealmakers Awards Gala hosted by Global M&A Network, LLC. The annual winner-circle ceremony was held at the Metropolitan Club in New York City on December 8, 2025.
Randi was selected from a highly competitive field of leading women dealmakers and honored for her outstanding leadership and impact across the investing, lending, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions communities.
A trusted advisor to private investment funds, business owners and senior executives, Randi guides clients through complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, capital raises and strategic investments. She is widely recognized for her practical, business-focused approach and her ability to help clients navigate critical challenges at every stage of growth.
In 2024, Randi was a key member of the team that earned Morrison Cohen a Mergers & Acquisitions 2024 Mid-Market Deal of the Year Award for its work as counsel to Fanatics. Her prior accolades include The Deal’s “Top Women in Dealmaking” and Crain’s New York Business “Notable Women in Law.”
