Private Investment Funds Partner Brian Forman Profiled in Latest “In Discovery” Podcast Hosted by Thine

February 8, 2021 - Morrison Cohen Partner Brian R. Forman was recently profiled on the fifth episode of the In Discovery podcast series hosted by Thine. In this 30-minute podcast hosted by Laura Franta-Abdalla, Brian describes his experience in transitioning back to a full-time law practice in a pandemic, shares his advice to fellow lawyers looking to build their careers, and talks specifically about his experience doing work with investment managers and helping them launch investment products.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Brian was a member of the Structuring Group at HedgeMark Advisors, LLC, where he was an integral part of building a managed account platform for investors in private equity funds and hedge funds exceeding $20 billion in assets, and the acquisition of HedgeMark by the Bank of New York Mellon. Brian’s work at the firm provides fund formation services and regulatory advice to alternative investment managers and investors.
