Morrison Cohen Welcomes Chief Information Officer Ahmed Metwally

Morrison Cohen welcomes Ahmed Metwally as Chief Information Officer. In this role, Ahmed will lead the firm's technology strategy and shape how attorneys deliver legal services to clients.

Ahmed will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data privacy, training and workplace technology, driving initiatives that make the firm's technology reliable, intuitive and secure in daily practice. He will also lead the firm's evaluation of emerging technologies and AI, overseeing pilots, change management and adoption efforts to ensure new solutions deliver measurable value before they scale. In addition, he will lead the firm's Program Management Office, guiding strategic project execution across business functions.

With more than a decade of experience in legal technology, Ahmed brings a sharp focus on the intersection of innovation and operational excellence. Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, he served as Director of Technology Experience & Innovation at Lowenstein Sandler and has held technology leadership roles at other Am Law 200 firms.
