Ahmed Metwally is Morrison Cohen's Chief Information Officer, leading the firm's technology strategy and shaping how attorneys and staff experience their tools every day. He oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data privacy, training and workplace technology. His initiatives make the firm's technology reliable, intuitive and secure in daily practice.

A central focus of Ahmed's work is improving how attorneys practice law—how they collaborate, access information and serve clients. He leads the firm's evaluation of emerging technologies and AI, overseeing pilots, change management and adoption efforts to ensure new solutions deliver measurable value before they scale. He also leads the firm's Program Management Office, guiding strategic project execution across business functions with a consistent emphasis on operational efficiency and elevating the client service experience.

With more than a decade in legal technology, Ahmed brings a sharp focus on the intersection of innovation and operational excellence. He previously served as Director of Technology Experience & Innovation at Lowenstein Sandler and has held technology leadership roles at other Am Law 200 firms.
