Morrison Cohen Represents XL Fleet in its Acquisition of World Energy Efficiency Services
On May 17, XL Fleet, a leader in fleet electrification solutions for commercial and municipal fleets, acquired World Energy Efficiency Services, LLC, a leading provider of energy efficiency, renewable technology, electric vehicle charging stations, and other energy solutions to customers across the New England region, for a total consideration of approximately $16 million. Morrison Cohen represented XL Fleet in the transaction.
The Morrison Cohen team which advised XL Fleet on the transaction was led by Randi Mason, Partner and Co-Chair of Morrison Cohen’s Corporate Department, and Associates Bryan R.
