Morrison Cohen Represents Windham Mountain in Connection with Investment from Two Family Firms
Congratulations to client Windham Mountain, a 60-year-old, four-season ski resort located in the Catskills, for securing new investment from two hospitality and resort development families, the Beall family and Kemmons Wilson family through its investment arm Kemmons Wilson Hospitality Partners (KWHP). Windham Mountain is a portfolio investment of North Castle Partners.
Beall Investment Partners is a family investment firm that partners with and invests primarily with resort hospitality and emerging growth restaurant brands across the country. KWHP currently owns and operates a portfolio of 40+ hospitality assets across the U.S.
