Congratulations to client Broad Sky Partners, a PE firm focused on middle market companies providing services to business and consumer end markets, in connection with its strategic investment in Frontline Managed Services, a St. Louis-based provider of outsourced solutions for the legal and professional services sectors.
Frontline delivers a range of white glove managed IT services and revenue cycle management solutions to over 800 law firms, including over 50% of the AM Law 200, in addition to hundreds of mid-sized legal firms. Frontline’s previous lead sponsor, BV Investment Partners, has retained a minority investment in the business.
