Morrison Cohen Represents Broad Sky Partners in Connection with Capital Constellation Investment and Acquisition of Thomas Scientific

Morrison Cohen’s Corporate Group recently represented Broad Sky Partners, a sector-focused private equity firm that partners with leading middle market business services and consumer companies, in connection with a strategic investment in Broad Sky by Capital Constellation, and Broad Sky’s acquisition of Thomas Scientific. The acquisition marks Broad Sky’s first investment.

Capital Constellation is a group of premier global institutional investors who provide catalytic investment capital and expertise to growing investment management platforms. Thomas Scientific is a leading pure-play solutions provider of critical supplies to the healthcare, biotech, clinical diagnostics, and life sciences industries.
