Morrison Cohen Represents Brightflag Co-Founders in €425 Million Acquisition by Wolters Kluwer
Congratulations to Morrison Cohen clients Ian Nolan (CEO and Co-Founder of Brightflag) and Alex Kelly (COO and Co-Founder) on the company’s acquisition by Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory. The all-cash transaction is valued at €425 million.
Brightflag is a leading global provider of AI-powered legal spend and matter management software. The acquisition significantly expands Wolters Kluwer’s presence in the mid-size corporate legal market across the U.S. and Europe, complementing its ELM Solutions business, which has traditionally served large corporations and their law firms.
