Morrison Cohen Named to The Fashion Law's 2026 Top U.S. Law Firms for Retail Companies List
The Fashion Law has included Morrison Cohen in its 2026 “Top U.S. Law Firms for Retail Companies," its second annual list recognizing leading law firms working across fashion law, luxury goods and the broader retail and consumer products sector.
In recognizing Morrison Cohen, TFL highlighted the firm’s launch of its Luxury Brands Practice in 2024 and its multidisciplinary approach to advising clients on litigation, transactions, labor and employment, and intellectual property matters. The firm’s client roster includes global brands such as Valentino, Moncler, Diesel, Zimmermann and Camilla, and it advises on emerging issues, including AI-driven fashion technology and evolving consumer protection regulations. In 2025, the firm successfully defeated a class certification bid against Valentino in a wage and hour lawsuit.
