Morrison Cohen Advises Investment Group Led by David Wachsman in Acquisition of Controlling Interest in Hawkeye Systems Inc.

Congratulations to Morrison Cohen client, an investment group led by David Wachsman, a crypto pioneer and founder and CEO of Wachsman, on acquiring a controlling interest in Hawkeye Systems Inc., a technology holding company focused on digital assets and advanced financial services.

The transaction represents a strategic step in transforming Hawkeye into a global private equity and corporate advisory firm. Leveraging his extensive experience in the digital asset sector, Wachsman, named President of Hawkeye, plans to assemble a world-class team to identify and execute on opportunities in the crypto and blockchain space, with plans to expand into additional high-growth verticals across financial services and advanced technology. The company also intends to raise substantial capital by the end of 2026 to support its investment strategy and accelerate growth.
