Molly Mitlak Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen LLP welcomes Associate Molly Mitlak to our Corporate Department, where she brings a wide range of experience in corporate and securities matters. Molly’s clients rely on her skill in drafting filings and other disclosures in order to comply with SEC and public stock exchange requirements, as well agreements related to mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and financing transactions.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Molly was an associate at Lucosky Brookman LLP in New York City. She received a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she earned the Pro Bono Service Award, and a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University. While in law school, Molly served as an intern in the New York Attorney General’s Office in its Investor Protection Bureau and Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau.
