Michée Jacobs Joins Morrison Cohen

Morrison Cohen welcomes Associate Michée Jacobs, who joins the firm in our Business Litigation Practice. Michée focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, securities enforcement and internal corporate investigations.

She represents clients across a range of industries, including financial services, intellectual property, technology and real estate. Michée has experience handling matters involving securities disputes, corporate governance, complex contract litigation and regulatory investigations. She regularly advises and defends clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions brought by federal and state authorities, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Michée was an associate at King & Spalding. She earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where she served as a Student Honors Program Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., was a member of the Giles S. Rich Intellectual Property Inn of Court and served as an LSC Leadership Fellow on the D.C. Bar IP Steering Committee for two years. She received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
