Michée Jacobs focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, securities enforcement and internal corporate investigations.
She represents clients across a range of industries, including financial services, intellectual property, technology and real estate. Michée has experience handling matters involving securities disputes, corporate governance, complex contract litigation and regulatory investigations. She regularly advises and defends clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions brought by federal and state authorities, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
While in law school, Michée served as a Student Honors Program Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, she was an associate at King & Spalding.
