Madeline Mallo Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen LLP welcomes Associate Madeline Mallo to our Corporate Department’s Commercial Lending & Finance Group. Clients in a wide range of industries rely on Madeline’s counsel in connection with debt finance transactions involving acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, asset-based facilities, working capital facilities, mezzanine financings, and first and second lien financings. Madeline is also experienced in bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Madeline was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Before entering private practice, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. She received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Stony Brook University.
