Kayla Lucia Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen welcomes Associate Kayla Lucia, who joins the firm in our Labor & Employment Practice. Kayla advises clients on a broad range of workplace issues, including investigations, accommodations, leaves of absence, hiring and onboarding, wage and hour compliance, performance management, workplace policies and employee separations.
Kayla also represents employers in litigation, arbitration and administrative proceedings involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour claims and restrictive covenant disputes. Kayla’s practice also includes employment due diligence in transactional matters.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Kayla was an associate in the Employment Practice at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. Previously, Kayla was an employment litigation associate at Jackson Lewis P.C. Kayla earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. from University of Washington. Kayla is admitted to practice law in New York and California.
