Kathryn A. Daly Joins Morrison Cohen

Morrison Cohen welcomes Associate Kathryn Daly, who joins the firm in our Corporate Practice. Kathryn focuses on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, emerging company work, investment fund formation and management, and public securities. Her clients include multinational banks, investment companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and operating companies.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Kathryn was an associate at Fried Frank, where her practice concentrated on fund formations and investor-led transactions across financial and secondary markets. 

Kathryn earned a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was managing editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from State University of New York at Purchase.
