Jason Gottlieb Speaks at New York City Bar’s Emerging Technologies Symposium

Partner Jason Gottlieb will be a panelist at the “Emerging Technologies: The Ethics and Innovations in AI, Cryptocurrencies, NFTs, Digital Assets, Web3 and Beyond” symposium hosted by the New York City Bar on February 23, 2024. The program covers litigation and enforcement, hot topics, client counseling, ethics and AML/CFT issues in emerging technologies.

Jason’s panel, “Emerging Technologies Litigation & Enforcement,” will discuss current SEC and CFTC litigation and enforcement against emerging technologies market participants and implications for the market, trends in regulators’ focus, including recent state legislation, and an overview of private actions against emerging technologies companies and pending legislation.

Panelists include Jenna Dabbs, partner, Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP; Bradley Dizik, vice president, Guidepost Solutions LLC; Gene Ingoglia, partner, Allen & Overy; Parvin Daphne Moyne, partner, Akin Gump; and Torrey Young, partner, Mukasey Young LLP.

The symposium takes place on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST at NYC Bar Association, 42 W. 44th Street, NYC.
