Jason Gottlieb Speaks at ABA International Law Section’s Annual Conference
Partner Jason Gottlieb, chair of Morrison Cohen’s Digital Assets and White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement practices, spoke on a panel titled “Digital Asset Regulation: The Crypto Conundrum” at the ABA International Law Section’s 2025 Annual Conference. This year’s theme was “Adapting to Today’s International Legal Challenges: A New Era?”
Jason’s panel explored the growing impact of cryptocurrencies on the financial sector, covering various types of digital assets such as Bitcoin and NFTs. Panelists discussed how digital assets are transferred using blockchain technology, shared lessons learned from the Crypto Winter, and examined how the federal government regulates digital assets, including recent enforcement actions against crypto platforms.
